Compensation for anti-competitive damages

Dedicated to representing victims of anti-competitive practices, the firm obtains compensation before civil courts and regulatory authorities (Competition Authority, European Commission, DGCCRF).

Distribution disputes

The firm's in-depth expertise and experience allows us to provide hands-on assistance to our clients in disputes related to distribution law, including conflicts between suppliers and distributors, contractual disputes and issues related to restrictive competition practices.

Collective redress

Drawing on our extensive experience in managing collective litigation, we assist businesses and consumers obtaining compensation for their losses before civil courts, in France or abroad.

Multi-jurisdictional litigation

The firm, with significant experience in several European countries, offers the possibility of bringing disputes where our clients' interests are best represented, be it in France or elsewhere.

We also assist foreign law firms in the production of documents in their disputes (e.g. French blocking status under the Hague Convention).

Litigation financing

Despite the reality of their losses, the amount of resources required for these disputes often discourage victims of anti-competitive infringements. The firm supports its clients in obtaining external financing so as to outsource associated risks and costs.

Multidisciplinary expertise

Our firm operates in a wide variety of economic areas, particularly in the transport and pharmaceutical industries and mass retail.
